EXCHANGES

The need for exchange must be communicated to the company using this link to fill the form: https://brk-fishing.com/pages/request-a-return

After filling out this form, you will receive a free shipping label for return.

The communication of exchange must occur within 30 (thirty) days, counted from the receipt of the product. If this period has expired, the customer's right to make the exchange will be terminated, and the decision to accept the exchange will be made by BRK FISHING.

Since the right of exchange has been confirmed and authorized by the official communication of BRK FISHING, the customer must send the products under the following conditions:
- Forward the order with all documents received;
- The product must be new, with no traces of use or washing;
- The product label must be intact and affixed to the part.

Once we receive the return, our Quality Control Department will perform an analysis to confirm the above conditions.

If the product passes through the analysis, the exchange will be made, and BRK FISHING will forward the new product to the customer through the post office.

The exchange can be granted by BRK FISHING with a code if the discount is for a new purchase on the website. This code will include the amount paid to the returned products plus the new shipping cost—you will not pay the new shipping—the discounts received by at original order.

It is important to note that we do not exchange products with an odor, misuse, or modifications and that are not labeled.

 

 

RETURNS

We will refund all the amount paid to you, including shipping costs if necessary, less the discounts granted during the purchase.

You can also make a partial return. If this happens, the amount for refund will be the original price paid by the returned products; less the discounts received over this product.

  

 

REFUND

The refund will be made on credit cards used during the purchase or deposit in a bank account indicated by the client, only if requested by BRK FISHING.

The customer will only be entitled to a refund if he complies with the quality analysis requirements of the returned products listed in the RETURN policy mentioned above.

The refund will be made within 7 (seven) days after approval of quality analysis.

In accordance with the policy of the credit card companies, the amounts refunded on the credit card may take up to 60 (sixty) days to appear on your credit card bill.
